booking terms and conditions

To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 30% of the price and the return of the signed contract. The balance is to be paid upon your arrival. The tourist tax, the rental of linen and the cleaning fee will be requested upon your arrival. A security deposit of 400 euros will also be requested - this is intended to cover any damage to the site. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Cleaning: End of stay cleaning can be done by you or as an option at a rate of 140 euros for Maison des Tilleuls, 80 euros for the Cottage des Acacias and 50 euros for the Nid des Hirondelles (for over 4 days).

Bed linen (pillowcase, fitted sheet, duvet cover) and bathroom linen: We offer you the possibility of renting it at a rate of 18 euros for a single bed and 25 euros for a double bed.

Arrival is from 5 p.m. and departure no later than 10 a.m (12 a.m for Le Nid des hirondelles)

Animals are unfortunately not accepted as we have sheep, pigs, ducks and hens and we value their tranquility.
